Insomnia is a complex signpost. There could actually be 1 of 3 different root causes for your sleeping struggles:

  1. You have stressed your adrenals and cortisol(stress hormone) is out of control, or
  2. You have low blood sugar that is waking you up at night, or
  3. Your neurotransmitter, Serotonin (needed to make Melatonin, which helps you sleep), is not in balance.

Every person is different.
